I have never really needed answers from others when it comes to issues of the mind a blessing I thank God for often. I was therefore reading a book that aligned almost too perfectly with my worldview. I enjoyed reading it for his writing style and and the stories he used to express his points.

Those sections were interesting to me, but not nearly as much as his personal stories of some of his clients.

Late in the book he recounts some interactions with a group of clients at a prison he was working at. Reading about these damaged men and how he helped them figure out why they where were they ended up was engaging. That leads me to a very important part of all this. They have value in pointing you in the right direction; in helping guide you to find the answers within yourself.
